Our Story

Blended was born from a simple idea: Southborough needs an amazing place to have a coffee but also to have a wine. Founded in 2025, Blended emerged from a desire to create a space where people can work. Where mothers and fathers can drink coffee and they can also drink wine later on.

By day, we're your local cafe serving amazing coffee, speciality teas and fresh, locally sourced food. As afternoon shifts into evening, our space transforms, the lighting softens, the music evolves and our expert bartenders take centre stage with amazing wines, great cocktails and a place to unwind.

What makes us special isn't the quality of what we serve, it's the philosophy behind it. We believe in doing things properly, whether that's sourcing single-origin coffee beans from local suppliers or hand-selecting fine wines. We're obsessive about details and passionate about hospitality.
